St. John’s Lutheran Church has served the Taylor community since 1878 and is a Confessional Lutheran congregation of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. It is located at 13115 Telegraph Road on the corner of Northline, about 3 miles south of the Telegraph exit off I-94, and about 2 miles west of the Northline exit from I-75. Its 15-year radio ministry, Martin Luther’s Evening Prayer, is heard locally on Sundays at 6pm on WRDT am560; and on Mondays at 8pm on WMKM, am1440.
